A fascinating (and controversial) film about plants and what plants may feel. Are they truly without feelings? Without pain? Without memory? Or do they posses some of these only not with a brain? Humans narrowed the meaning of "feelings" down to a "brain". But what if other life forms can do very similar things without a brain? Are humans too ignorant to give plants a chance by learning more about them?

Several months ago I was interviewed by a reporter of the Norwegian "Healsemagasinet" about migraine. The reporter asked a ton of questions, all communication by email, and then the article published in March. I was asked to wait for 2 months before sharing the original or the English translation, and I was told that May 13th I can post it.
The link below takes you to the original magazine in a PDF format on my blog and also to the English translation--also provided by the reporter. There were a total 5 parts written, but I am only sharing the English translation for the first 3 parts, which are about me and my protocol.

Dislike the Taste of Meat? It Might Be Zinc Deficiency!
Many people responded to my "Vegan Lie" post very supportively on LinkedIn and X, which I found interesting, given the hostility on FB...
Many doctors and medical professionals responded and one suggested the following:
"An interesting clinical correlation that you might like is that the dislike for the taste of meat correlates directly with zinc deficiency."
Since I have never heard this before, I decided to double check and I found the following amazing information:
"Zinc deficiency leads to impaired taste and smell. Zinc is essential for taste and smell function via enzymes like carbonic anhydrase VI in saliva. When zinc is low, people can develop, reduced taste sensitivity, distorted taste, and foods tasting bland, metallic, or “off”."
There is clinical evidence that:
--Zinc deficiency can alter perception of meat flavor.
--Some patients report reduced enjoyment of protein-rich foods.
--Zinc repletion can restore normal taste in deficient individuals.
There is a directional relationship:
--Low zinc → impaired taste → reduced appetite for nutrient-dense foods (including meat)
--Low zinc → reduced stomach acid → poorer protein digestion → meat feels unappealing
--Plant diets high in phytates → lower zinc absorption → negative zinc feedback loop.
Zinc deficiency is also linked to reduced appetite, impaired immune function, and altered neurotransmission.

Constipated?
Don't eat fiber! That "fiber reduces constipation" is false. Read this paper: https://www.wjgnet.com/1007-9327/full/v18/i33/4593.htm and see for yourself that life and other things "pass" much easier without fiber!
I am glad this article was able to get published! A rare find when something using the carnivore diet publishes and it publishes the truth! A paper like this is a gem.

Veganism is a money-making industry that many people blindly follow, believing it is healthier for them, saves the animals, and is also better for the planet. But none of that is true. I recently had a "hot" discussion with a vegan on LinkedIn. I copy-pasted our discussion--link to the original is provided in the article: https://cluelessdoctors.com/2026/05/01/the-vegan-lie/
My article doesn't stop at just sharing that discussion. It goes into great detail about the ethical and health claims as well as shows some of the harm veganism causes to the planet.
Previous articles I refer to and analyze the Vegan Burden on the planet in great detail: https://cluelessdoctors.com/2025/10/11/understanding-the-eat-lancet-2-0/ and also here: https://cluelessdoctors.com/2019/01/29/letter-to-dr-gunhild-a-stordalen/
