At OurQuest our coordinators are trained to make all loading and delivery appointments, check on shipments to ensure they remain on schedule and can do load/driver matches. We have established a very dependable squad who will collect detailed information on each shipment and can accurately transfer that information to you, if requested. Our coordinators will quote rates in a timely manner to assist your sales staff in completing their jobs. After all, our goal is to save our customers time and money and if the rates have to be negotiated, we'll do our best to make that happen.
