Ama Superbike Katana that actually was on the grid in 1982
Question ? Still sports the Ama plastic I.D (Unremoveable) tag .
I have two Katana that raced in 82-83, is there a Data base on the I.D Tag ?
Who rode it ? AMA is no use.
Whoever it was, was very connected, as it sports all chassis components and factory parts that only factory Yosh had .

1978 Kawasaki Z1r , low miles. Pulled from 15yr slumber (self inflicted). Big bore, cams, Calfab swingarm , 29mm smoothbores ,Lockhart oil cooler , new Motogpwerks billet engine mounts and Motogpwerks stainless exhaust.
I brought this from Kawasaki senior management, former magazine bike (hence the engine).

Definitely been a mission.
Never again a polished frame, just getting to old/lazy on the upkeep

This sat in a restaurant/club for 20yrs,tearing down the building before I found it.
Been putting this off for years due to the mess, but I have spent the weekend prepping it and cleaning up all the mess from the 90's.
Hopefully I will have something to show everyone by Christmas?
