Job Training Initiative / 100 Chances Program

that we have initiated in July 2015. This program gives At-risk Youth an opportunity to work a PAID internship with an Anaheim business of YOUR interest for 2 months with a potential to be hired on as an employee at the end of the internship. We have partnered with many Anaheim businesses in order to match our interns with industries that they are interested in. You will be trained for 1 month (2 days a week for 1 hour) on Work Etiquette, Interviewing preparation, Communication and Email Etiquette. Then you will choose a Mentor and work with them 1 on 1 in their business as an intern for 2 months (24 hours total). We need people who are punctual, committed and eager to learn. You MUST be between the ages of 15 ½ and 19. We are interviewing potential interns currently.
