Noble Ale Works was born in 2009 in Anaheim, California. We’re a really small brewery with giant… uh, ambitions, constantly evolving and consistently perfecting our recipes, even with our flagship beers: Big Whig IPA, Breakaway Pale Ale, and Pistol Whip’d Pilsner. Our main goal is to brew the sort of beers that we love to drink, and sometimes we end up with some REALLY, REALLY, RIDICULOUSLY GOOD B

Important update:
The taproom will be closed the next few Mondays for taproom maintenance. We will of course be open Tuesday through Sunday the next few weeks. We will resume Monday service starting Feb 27th.

We have created a special treat to celebrate the Lunar New Years. We took Sweep The Keg, our Japanese Rice Lager and collided it with the likes of oolong tea resulting in a cosmic dusting of Yuzu and citrus to usher in the year of the rabbit. Come down and give it a try before it’s gone.

We even brought down a brand new special beer for the night. It’s a new edition of our famous Man’s Milk that has been blended with maple syrup and aged with oak.
