🔪 Knives are in good condition. Knives should be in good condition with handle intact, blade secure and sharp, flipping or retracting mechanism in working condition for efficient and safe use.
🔪 Crew is wearing cut-resistant gloves. Cut-resistant gloves serve as a last line of defense.
🔪 Knives are handled safely. Knives should only be used for their intended purpose.
🔪 Knives are stored properly. Store knives in a retracted position or inside a protective covering to prevent accidental contact with the blade.
