Recently off his 3rd place performance at Who’s Number One and World No-Gi championship.
We talked about his submission win over Orlando Sanchez, his upbringing in Ghana and Tokyo, his recent move to Detroit and some of his thoughts on the health of the sport.
Overall, a great conversation. I loved getting to know him more and what a true professional he is.
