I started to gain my cake artist skills when I started working in the bakery at Butcher Boy Market in North Andover, from there I practiced with multiple different piping tips and created my own new techniques. I left the cake "industry" for a short while before applying for a job at Cakes by Erin. After I got the job I studied more awesome piping techniques online and practiced them at the shop.

🍋 Lemonade so good we’re bringing it to the shop!!
Our fair style, fresh squeezed lemonade was a hit last night and we want to bring it back to the shop for you all since we sold out so quickly!!
So this week, our first week being open since we closed for family and work commitments, we are having a LEMONADE stand theme!
All lemonade themed cookies PLUS our freshly squeezed lemonade.
