Our Central IA teams kicked off summer with an evening at Topgolf for our annual Haverkamp Group Summer Fun event! ⛳ We soaked in the beautiful weather and worked on our golf swings. Huge thank you to everyone who attended and made it such a great evening!

Through our Adopt‑a‑Highway partnership with the Iowa Department of Transportation, more than 30 Haverkamp Group team members gathered in Slater today to serve our community. 🦺

For many of us, the day carried a deeper meaning as it was created to honor the life and legacy of Tracey Bramble, the beloved wife of our colleague, Jeff. Huge thank you to everyone who came out to support!

Ames, Iowa — Haverkamp Group announces plans to develop Attivo Trail Omaha, a new luxury 55+ active adult community designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality, maintenance-free living options in the Omaha metro.

For more than 30 years, Haverkamp Group has built, acquired, and managed multifamily communities exclusively in Iowa. The expansion into Omaha marks the company’s first development outside the state and a strategic step forward in growing its Attivo Trail portfolio.

The Attivo Trail Omaha community will be part of the broader Avenue One development, a thoughtfully planned mixed-use destination that brings together residential, commercial, retail, and lifestyle elements to create a connected and vibrant environment for residents.
