Ignite Yoga

Today we rolled out our mats and came together in oneness to support those struggling in Minnesota. Yoga is amazing as it grounds us and unites us with our true purpose of ahimsa, doing no harm. As our world struggles, we can still make a difference by doing what we can to help others. Our 5:30am class showed up and donated their hard earned dollars and opened their heart to help , a Minneapolis based food bank providing resources for those in need.

Thank you to our wonderful community who recognized the need for resources in another suffering community.

Many have reached out to help as they were unable to attend this morning’s class. We will keep our donation harbor through next week should you choose to help. And Ignite will match donations up to $1000 🙏🏼.

If you too are struggling to make sense of whatever is happening in your world, get to your mat, breath and practice ahimsa. It might not change the world, but it will calm your mind. We are here for you 🙏🏼😘🧘🏻‍♀️🙌🏻
