This is just a part-time side business, but you know what, it was really fun moving today! A great workout on a beautiful sunny day, Mother’s Day!

Five jobs scheduled for this spring/summer so far, I just wanted to thank everyone who’s reached out! I’m excited to serve Ames, Boone, Nevada, Huxley, Ankeny, the Des Moines Metro, and my hometown Knoxville (surrounding towns like Pella, Pleasantville, Monroe, Prairie City, etc). This will also most likely be a seasonal, part-time business as most know, my main focus is meal-prep at Precision by Nutrition!
