In Priyanka Jayashankar's MKT 454 entrepreneurial marketing course at Iowa State University, students are in for a unique learning experience. Andrew Nguyen, the founder of Chingu BBQ, a Korean barbecue meal kit venture, recently treated his classmates to a live culinary demonstration.
