Sumter County Fire Explorer Post 343

Come out and see us tomorrow in Andersonville. Our Explorers will be assisting with the t-shirt sales.

Sumter County Explorers held training last night on skills for their Firefighter l Training. Some of these skills practiced included vehicle fire attack, search and rescue, and roof ventilation. We are always accepting new explorers.

Post 343 conducted amazing trainings this month. Explorers have continued to practice their skills with speed dressing and firefighter survival training. Firefighter survival training has included learning how to escape a building using a hose line. We are always accepting new members! We look forward to seeing you.

SCFR Post 343 held training last week on vehicle fire attack. This is one of the skills they will have to perform during the Firefighter 1 Skills Testing to become a certified firefighter. We are always looking for new Explorers, so come join us! We look forward to seeing you.

Sumter County Fire Explorer Post 343 is very proud to announce that Noah Fallin is our Explorer of the year. This young man has earned this award through and through. He has demonstrated excellence in the field, initiative, and leadership to the other Explorers. We are very proud of Noah and the work he is doing.

Explorer Post 343 also gave Post Advisor Corey Harmon a plaque symbolizing his dedication to the post. We look forward to next year and what it will bring. We also want to thank each and every explorer and adult the leaders for their hard work and dedication.
