Hello, friends and guests of the Old Economy Inn! Best wishes for this late spring and its somewhat dreary weather.

One of our recent guests at the Old Economy Inn is riding the Great Allegheny Passage, which starts in Pittsburgh and ends up in Washington, D.C. He left this great picture on the chalk board in the kitchen of the suite that he and his wife stayed in. I love how the trip begins with bats and moonlight and ends with sunshine, flowers, and a flock of birds!
