I Believe, Your physical body is inhabited by your spirit which came into the physical at the time of moving through the birth canal. Your spirit returns with you each lifetime,(it’s YOUR spirit) more evolved each time, experiencing new lessons that help us to reach peace and joy. Your Soul is like the record keeper.

You can use tools to raise your vibration that will help to shed the lower energy of learned behaviors, beliefs, understanding and perceptions and peel back all the layers you have been carrying that have held you back from just being you. Your truest self. The skin your comfortable in.

It takes time. It’s not overnight. But its within you already. This is my belief. It makes perfect sense and I have had enough “spiritual” experiences that have shaped and driven my beliefs.
