I have been a home inspector since 2013 and received my ASHI (American Society of Home Inspector) certification in 2014. Working for the largest employee based, non-franchised home inspection company, I was honored with the Chairman's award in 2015 (top ten percent of inspectors).

HomePoint was saturated with inspections last week! We covered all five counties and even hosted a "mock inspection" for real estate agents on the Jim Roche team in Fishtown. The Spring Market is here and HomePoint is primed for record breaking months ahead!
Here are a few images of what a typical day is like as a home inspector. You can be on 15th & Pine in the morning, then head out to Chester County with amazing views of the Pocono Mountains! Many different styles of properties to inspect, of which my favorite are the 100 year old stone homes!
