Our hearts are hurting for Brooklynn's family. BrookLynn is now telling Jesus all the things. We know through her that so many lives have been touched and will continue to be touched. We love you sweet baby girl. Man you are one strong lady bug, and so is your family.

Our beautiful girl, BrookLynn, passed away last night.
She was here at home, wrapped in love, held close just the way she always wanted.
She fought with a strength and a fire that amazed everyone who knew her — every single day she showed us what true courage looks like.

She is finally whole now. No pain. No fear. Just peace — the kind she deserved all along.
And even through this heartbreak, I’m holding onto the comfort of knowing she is happy and free.

Thank you to everyone who has walked this road with us, prayed for her, loved her, and lifted us up when we could barely stand. Your love has carried us more than you know.

We will be holding her memorial this Monday. I’ll share more details soon for anyone who would like to come and honor our girl.

It’s almost graduation time! If your cancer survivor is graduating high school this spring, please let me know (if you haven’t already heard from us) so we can send an application for college scholarships. Thanks!

Oh my gosh, in all the crazy we forgot to thank the behind the scenes folks that made this day happen. Valero Energy of Sunray employees for providng all the gift wishes for 71 kids as well as a little something for each family for groceries, Circle of Friends with Harrington Cancer and Health Foundation for providing all the food and decorations and each family received a keep sake Ginger bread house from them along with the help from Dillard's Amarillo employees Francis Guerra that did a small event and donated money to us. Shelly and Rick Blandford for providing this venue the last 14 years. MTK Foundation for helping provide some of the Christmas goodies. Skyler Davis for getting Santa to us.
