📣🚨Parents of Texas teens - we need to talk about something important.📣

Political organizations are now actively recruiting in Texas high schools. Whether you agree with their views or not, there's a bigger issue we need to address: Your teen's brain isn't finished developing yet.🤔

Here's what neuroscience tells us:
The prefrontal cortex (responsible for critical thinking, impulse control, and decision-making) doesn't fully develop until around age 25. During the teenage years, kids are:
• More susceptible to peer pressure and tribal thinking
• More likely to make fear-based decisions
• Seeking belonging and identity (which makes them recruitment targets)
• Unable to fully evaluate long-term consequences
