As many of you are aware, the air conditioning unit at our shop has been malfunctioning all week. We have been collaborating with property management to devise a solution or implement repairs, and as of now, we have been informed that the unit requires replacement, subject to approval by the property owner. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and prioritize the health and well-being of both our staff and your pets, which may be compromised by prolonged exposure to temperatures exceeding 90 degrees. In order to help our clients drop off your fur-baby for their appointments, we shoveled the snow this afternoon and cleared 2 spots for parking.
