SUMMER CAMP IS A WRAP!! ☀️

Today our CrossFit Kids Summer Camp wrapped up with our showcase, where our athletes got to demonstrate everything they learned throughout the week. From fitness and nutrition to teamwork, leadership, and confidence, these kids worked hard, stepped outside their comfort zones, and grew in so many ways.

They finished the week with a HYROX-style workout and showed their families just how much they have accomplished. 💪

Congratulations to all of our Character Award, Leadership Award, and Fitness Award winners! We are so proud of every athlete and the effort, attitude, and courage they brought each day.
