📢 Important Update from Trees R Us

We want to sincerely apologize to anyone who tried calling us recently and didn’t get a response. Due to unexpected network issues, our business line (281-388-0473) was down and we were unaware of the outage until yesterday.

Because our landline forwards to a cell phone, we didn’t realize calls weren’t coming through. The only calls we were receiving were from customers who already had our direct cell number — which means we unfortunately missed several calls and messages from the main line that we are unable to retrieve.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

The good news is AT&T has repaired the issue and we are officially back up and running!
