For custom orders we do require payment once you approve the design. Currently our estimated start time is 5–7 business days, some items can be ready and possibly delivered sooner. Once your item is started we will update you on an estimated completion date, and then shipping or pick up date. We offer shipping with in the United States, local pick up and vendor event pick up.
