SFX is a small family owned business. The owner Richard that normally handled all customer communications and emails is unable to work at this time. If you have an issue with an existing order send us a message here and it will give you a monitored email account to send your inquiries.

RETURNS:
There is return information on your receipt that we sent you when your order was processed or you can ship it back to the following address. Please make sure that the you name (the one it shipped to) is on the outside of the package or on a piece of paper inside.
