We are excited, after 2 years of living mostly at the hospital, we are opening a food cart. Of course it is unique. Please look us up on facebook Barrel-Que. Barrel-Que is unique cooking process where the meat is cooked over the fire in a custom made barrel, instead of beside it or offset. This process allows for drippings to flavor the smoke for a Amazing Taste! Ribs Chicken, Pork Loin, you won't taste anything like it and then add the flavors, That takes to another level.
