Your classes at Left Bank Dance Studio for All will be fun, safe, and taught by professional dancers/teachers of national and international rank. Your teachers at Left Bank Dance opened the studio because they wanted to move out of their comfort zone....they wanted to bring dance into a small city and try out a new dance and fitness model. They wanted to be beginners again. It is at the beginning of a new venture that it is the most fun, if a bit scary. Up there in the leap it's lonely at the top, but boy oh boy can you see the horizon! Come try that leap. In addition to the studio our founders run a consulting organization for educational institutions interested in developing dance and theatre programs, offer professional leadership and presentation skills using techniques from acting and choreography, run (with friends Amanda McKerrow and John Gardner) The Institute for Ballet Studies for pre- and professional dancers, and are forming a repertory company, LBD Dancers that will feature community dancers, professional dancers, and our teachers in works by professional choreographers (many of whom are also on our teaching roster.
