Services are individualized to each client’s needs, focusing on areas such as emotional regulation, behavioral support, social development, and essential life skills like budgeting, job readiness, and daily responsibilities. We also help individuals navigate life transitions and build the confidence to actively engage in their communities.

This includes support with coping strategies, communication, social interaction, problem-solving, emotional regulation, and daily functioning—all grounded in evidence-informed practices and aligned with each client’s treatment plan.

Acacia brings strong clinical experience supporting clients with anxiety, behavioral challenges, depression, grief, addiction-related concerns, crisis intervention, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Acacia utilizes evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to help clients build practical skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and make meaningful, sustainable progress. She provides individual, family, child, and adolescent therapy, meeting clients where they are with thoughtful, responsive care.
