House Special Lobster Tails!! 🦞 🏠 🥵 It was my birthday this past weekend and it has been a tradition for me to eat house special lobster at my favorite restaurant. This year though I decided to just make it at home. I know there is two other versions, but I like this way the best, less time consuming and bit sized. Rather use lobster tails instead of live lobster because its so much work breaking down the lobster!Ingredients: 6-8 lobster tails,chopped or 1-3 lb live lobster1 cup corn starch2 eggs, beaten6 cloves garlic, chopped2 jalapeños sliced2 sprigs green onion chopped4 tbsp salted butter2 oz house special sauceHouse Special Sauce:1/2 tbsp sugar1 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp oyster sauce2 tbsp water1/2 tsp sesame oil1 tsp corn starch1 tsp white pepper powderBreakdown:1. Prepare the house special sauce by combining listed ingredients and set aside2. Trim the legs of the lobster tails and chop into quarter pieces ( thirds if its larger tails)3. Toss lobster tails in an egg wash until well coated4. Coat lobster tails with corn starch5. Fry for 40 seconds and dry off excess oil on a paper towel6. In a separate pan, add butter, garlic, jalapeños and sauté until fragrant 7. Reduce the heat and add the house special house8. Throw in the fried lobster tails and green onions9. Incorporate well10.
