How to Refresh Firefox (Recommended)

Open Firefox and type about:support in the address bar to open the Troubleshooting Information page.

Click Refresh Firefox in the confirmation window.
Firefox will close to reset itself and will reopen with your essential data imported.

What the Refresh Feature Does
Keeps: Bookmarks, browsing history, passwords, open tabs, cookies, and auto-fill data.

Removes: Extensions, themes, website-specific settings, search engines, and plugin settings.
