Jackass Flats is saddlin’ up for the 8th Annual Dutch Oven Cookoff & Team Roping — and the desert’s already whisperin’ about it.

Come November 13–15, we’ll be gatherin’ in Terlingua for cast‑iron cookin’, good horses, and the kind of company that feels like home.

Dust off those Dutch ovens, brush down your ponies, and get ready — more details are ridin’ your way soon.

It’s fixin’ to be a weekend of hearty food, hard work, and honest fun under those wide‑open West Texas skies.

The Jackass Flats Improvement Association invites everyone to join us every Saturday at the Pavilion for our Summer Flea Markets!
Come shop, sell, and mingle with neighbors under the desert sun — no cost to participate!

🕗 8 AM – 2 PM or weather permits
📍 The Pavilion next to Little B***o Country Store, Terlingua, Texas
🎪 Featuring a touch of desert charm and a lively flea circus scene!

Jackass Flats is hosting a community Potluck on June 12th at 7 PM out at The Cactus Farm.
