M-TH 5:30 AM—7:30 PM
F 5:30 AM—6:30 PM
SAT—SUN 7:30 AM—2 PM

🌞 10 Day Urban Boot Camp | June 15th to 25th

10 days of indoor and outdoor training utilizing stations inside Bay Urban Fitness, plus the parking lots, paths, and waterfront around Alpena. Expect creative formats, camaraderie, and new equipment! Meets M-Th at 6:30pm. Optional Saturday workout. Come to as many as you can!
