Week 9 of a cut Christmas Tree.

This cut Christmas tree was well cared for in the living room during the Christmas season, causing it to respond as if it were spring. As a result, the tree began producing new growth. The lighter green color represents this fresh growth, showing that the tree actually started growing. This is not the first time we have experienced this phenomenon. If anyone has had this happen we would enjoy seeing the pictures.

Hi, here is a news update for our farms season opener which is this TUEADAY NOVEMBER 25th
11am-6pm.
🌲Pre-cut Trees: Fir & Spruce 6’-8’.
a couple fir trees 12’-17’.
✨U-cuts Trees: There are some good ones that will be available.
🌲For Greens this year we will have: big kissing balls, wreaths, garland, and grave blankets.
⭐️New this year: Table Top/Tot lot Trees. These smaller trees are for tables, a child's bedroom, by a banister, bench, etc. These trees will be already screwed to a nice American made Cinco reusable tree stand! They will be marked with a tag.
🌲Additional Items: REAL tree stands, tree bags, tree accessories, New Tree funnels, Christmas decor, etc. (our prices will beat any box store, and amazon)
🧁Deans Chrismas Treats & Bakery: We will have freshly made christmas goodies in the Christmas shack!
⭐️Also new this year is the Homemade Snoopy christmas tree shaker! it is built at a 45° angle so any lose debri, or needles will fall out during the shake rather than further into the tree.
☕️Complimentary: Hot Chocolate, Coffee, Candy Canes.

*12-30-24 CITY OF ALPENA CHRISTMAS TREE DROP OFF ANNOUNCEMENT

-Alpena City residents can drop off their Christmas trees at the Public Works Service Center, located at 1001 Long Lake Avenue, beginning on Monday, January 6, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

-Please remove all metal hooks, ornaments, nails, and plastic bags from the tree. Real Christmas trees are biodegradable. Have tree be in its natural state of being biodegradable at drop off.

-A Real Christmas Tree provides for wildlife, produces oxygen, and helps filter the carbon out of the air we breathe for the 10-15 years it’s alive. When you buy or cut down a Christmas tree from an actual Tree Farmer, it is then replaced with a newly planted tree that will provide for wildlife, clean the air, and produce oxygen for the next 10-15 years. Creating and sustaining a healthy ecosystem, and environment for mother nature.
