Healing Works

Healing Works offers psychotherapy for children, teens , adults and families for many issues including divorce, abuse, and depression. We have a spiritual focus, believing that a relationship with a Higher Power is important for healing. Preparing for therapy requires lots of self care and lots of support from others. Sleep 8 hours each night
Eat 3 healthy meals each day
Make time to have fun
Make plans with loved ones
Make time for yourself
