The first day of summer is here, and we're looking forward to all that's ahead. ☀️

As we celebrate Father's Day weekend, we're also celebrating the season of longer days, time spent with loved ones, and exciting things on the horizon.

: The Tunnel 🏗️

In construction photos, you may have noticed glimpses of a "tunnel" connecting the parking lot for River House to the courtyard. This passage creates a direct, sheltered route through the center of the building, allowing machinery and materials to move efficiently without relying on the perimeter path. This was a key part in getting the courtyard in place, especially for the pool.

The tunnel will soon be closed. Once complete, this space will transition from a key construction corridor into part of the building’s finished design.
