Gym Closing July 23rd

As my active members are already aware, I am moving to Pennsylvania and closing the gym 😢

I will be continuing with a Mobile Training program, utilizing the TeamBuildr app. 💪🏼💪🏼 This includes the same workouts customized to where you will be training and allows direct communication with me. It also incorporates videos of exercises and technology to continue your specialized training. If you are interested in continuing training remotely with me, please contact me directly.

Thank you to all present and past members! You will all be greatly missed.

Everyone is welcome to stop by on Saturday July 23rd from 1 to 4pm to say good bye and enjoy food and drinks at the gym 🍔🍻

You may also pick up equipment you have reserved to purchase. Or inquire about any equipment still available.
