For a lot of MSPs, that means moving away from disconnected tools and manual processes and toward a more unified approach to risk management, compliance, networking, and client visibility.

It's not just about adding more tools to the stack. It is about creating measurable outcomes that clients can actually see, understand, and report on.

Today, the Cytracom team joined the Huntress Roadshow at Comerica Park in Detroit to talk about how expectations for MSPs are changing.

More MSPs are being asked to prove outcomes, show measurable progress, and help clients better understand risk across their environments.

That means moving beyond point-in-time assessments and toward continuous visibility, documented remediation, and defensible compliance.

We spent the past few days in Rosemont, Illinois, with the MSP-Ignite Epsilon Peer Group talking about cyber insurance.

Between dinner at Bluefish Sushi and sessions at Fogo de Chão, one thing became clear:

MSPs sit at the center of the insurance relationship. The broker, the carrier, and the client.

They’re the only ones who know what’s deployed and what’s working. But most of the process still revolves around renewal, and by then, you’re answering for an environment that may already be outdated.

Cyber insurance isn’t a once-a-year exercise anymore. It’s a continuous process across the policy lifecycle.

We appreciate the Epsilon group for the time and perspective this week.

Last night, we had dinner with one of the member groups. Today, we presented “Take 5,” covering the top outcomes MSPs are seeing across Cytracom’s unified platform.

A clear theme this week has been simplifying operations while strengthening security, compliance, and client visibility. That’s showing up in a few ways: turning risk into revenue, giving clients reports they actually understand, managing compliance without spreadsheets, and moving away from traditional VPNs and firewalls.
