The other day as I was enjoying my time in the pool...

I saw a snake.
Chilling...

Chilling by the high wall next to the pool, that seemingly nothing comes in or out or around.

At first sight, I stopped in my tracks. Staring at what is, to be sure that I was indeed looking at a snake. (I didn’t have my glasses on).

But deep down, I knew...

I knew this was a magnificent black snake that came to visit me.

We stopped and came to engulf each other with our presences...

This was the first time I didn’t feel the full terror of a snake visiting me...

The first time I thanked the snake for coming by...

The first time I trusted that I was safe, sacred, and held in that moment.

The first time I felt that despite the programmings I’ve had about snakes... I was safe. We became acquaintances in that moment...

An unspoken agreement...

An energetic resonance that allowed the snake to show up in my field...

One that was telling me this cycle of rebirth of mine is fruitful, exciting and gratuitous...

One that told me that I am now fully embracing my path and have the tools in my belt to strengthen my self-confidence, self-trust, self-responsibility, self-love, and self-leadership.

This is my kundalini awakening.

This is what my kundalini yoga practice has brought to me.

I am so thankful for for following his call to curating the Life Force Academy experience.

I am so thankful for .am.hara for following the call to practice again.

I am so thankful for myself, for following the call in following suit. Knowing deep in my gut & core this is what is skyrocketing me... or “mooning” me into my greatness.

In addition to all of this, Kundalini has strengthened my nervous system too. Which is highly important in order to be a stable being out in the world, as much so as we play with money & Crypto.
