Ginger-Garlic Steam Inhalation for Respiratory Relief
What it helps with:
Clears nasal congestion
Eases sinus pressure
Soothes throat irritation

Ingredients:
1-inch piece of fresh ginger (sliced)
3–4 garlic cloves (smashed)
1 tsp sea salt (optional, helps reduce inflammation)
4 cups water
A towel
Instructions:
Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
Add the sliced ginger and garlic to the water. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Lean over the pot, cover your head and the pot with a towel to trap the steam.
Inhale deeply for 10 minutes, keeping your eyes closed.

Licorice Root Gargle for Sore Throat Relief
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dried licorice root
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt (optional for extra soothing effect)
Instructions:
Boil the water and add the licorice root.
Let it simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
Strain out the licorice root and allow the liquid to cool slightly until warm.
(Optional) Stir in the salt for additional antibacterial benefits.
Gargle with the warm licorice tea for 30 seconds at a time, then spit it out. Repeat 3–4 times.
Use 2–3 times a day for soothing relief from throat irritation and inflammation.
