HiQ u11 played their 5th game of the season at Irving Polo ground against TCI u11 Yellows on April 16,2022.

HiQ u11 won the toss and elected to bat. Openers Karan Thakkar (9 of 13) and Aditi Praveen Kumar (57 of 70) provided a solid start with 39 runs from 3.5 overs. Once Karan got out Eashaan Thakkar(31 of 39) continued with dominating 82 run partnership in 12 overs for the 2nd wicket. In the end, HiQ U11 posted a total of 188 for loss of five wickets in the allotted 30 overs with contributions from other batters.

Chasing 189 in 30 Overs, HiQ u11 got off to a flying start with bowling - Aditi Praveen Kumar opened the bowling attack took two back to back wickets in the very first over (missed hat trick by a whisker). TCI u11 Yellows kept losing wickets at regular intervals and were reduced to 88/7 at one point. 8th wicket partnership of 79 runs between Anushka Billanuka (48* of 62) Advait Gairola (41 of 41) gave good fight. Eventually HiQ u11 bundled TCI u11 Yellows with 9 balls remaining for 180, winning the game by 8 runs with contributions from all the bowlers (Srinidhi took 2 wickets and Kartikeya, Raksh*th and Aarush chipped in with 1 wicket each).

Aditi Praveen Kumar was declared Player of the match for her all round performace - maiden half century and 3 wickets (in 6 overs). Congratulations to Aditi!!
