The Clinic by Reece

We are excited to announce the launch of our new program!



Neuropsychological and Psychological assessments are available online for adult Texans with Medicaid through Clinic by Reece. Clients seeking evaluation must be referred by a licensed or pre-licensed provider under supervision.

Referring providers are required to upload a release of information giving them permission to share their client's information with us, and complete the online referral form. After the form has been received by our office, it will be sent to our assessment team.

On acceptance for assessment, please give us three working days to respond) the client will be contacted directly to schedule an intake for the evaluation. At that time, patients must create a portal account with Clinic by Reece and sign a Release of Information form to allow us to send their report to their referring provider.

Patients will be seen for a one hour intake interview with the assessment psychologist at Clinic by Reece, and complete the assessments within a two to four hour window on a second day.

Reports take approximately five to ten business days to be returned to the referring provider following completion of all assigned assessments by the patient.
