We’re so excited to introduce our very first Within the Seasons workshop, a new seasonal movement and menstrual cycle awareness series led by zhei✨art & movement 🌸
Together, we’ll explore how our inner seasons influence the way we move, feel, create, and care for ourselves, beginning with Inner Summer: a season of energy, confidence, and expression.
This experience includes:
✨ A 50-minute Pilates class
✨ An introduction to the Four Inner Seasons with a deep dive into Inner Summer
✨ Guided journaling + reflection
✨ Meaningful conversation in an intimate group setting
✨ A printed guide + cycle tracker to continue your practice at home
✨ Seasonal refreshments / light bites

Born and raised on Long Island, Olivia spent her college years in Upstate New York before briefly living in Florida and eventually settling in the DMV. Growing up in a family that prioritized health, wellness, and movement, she developed a lifelong passion for helping others feel their best.
After starting her career in art and education, Olivia followed her passion into boutique fitness. Her background includes teaching bootcamp, VersaClimber, and barre, and she’s excited to continue expanding her Pilates knowledge with plans to pursue her certification in the future.
As Studio Manager at Lalita Method, Olivia loves creating a welcoming, supportive space where clients can connect with themselves and their wellness journey. When she’s not at the studio, Olivia can usually be found with her pug, Finn, exploring local coffee shops and plant stores, spending time outdoors, or anywhere near the water.

After taking more than 250 Pilates classes, Sam discovered a deep passion for the practice and felt inspired to step into teaching. She brings that firsthand experience into every session, creating an environment that feels both supportive and approachable.
Sam is dedicated to helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and move with greater confidence. Her classes are thoughtful, encouraging, and tailored to meet people where they are—whether they’re brand new to Pilates or looking to deepen their practice.
