Role Description

We are a boutique law firm focusing on technology and corporate transactions, and we seeking to fill a Junior Associate position in the corporate/IP law practice with a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member. Great experience and friendly environment are guaranteed. Qualifications - JD (possibly LLM), fluent Russian or Ukrainian is a plus, work experience is a plus but not required. The Junior Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as supporting senior team members, conducting research, analyzing data, contract drafting and assisting with project coordination.
