Calvary Small Groups

This week’s Mental Health Seminar on Wednesday Night will address the issue of anxiety. Understanding Anxiety will be taught by Vickie Thompson, a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), local Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), with a Master’s Degree in Education. Vickie will give an overview of disorders related to anxiety, explain a variety of coping tools and help the participants walk away with a better understanding of how to approach anxiety personally, as well as when interacting with others.
