A day in the life of a REALTOR.
I receive a lead in my email. The system says that this person was looking at homes at roughly 11:30 last night and they requested a showing at a particular property for 8am this morning. Luckily, I get up at 6am everyday, no matter what.
Anyway, as soon as I see the message, I text the person and introduce myself. No response. I log on the MLS to check to see if they can even accommodate an 8am showing (they can't), so I text the person again to let them know the earliest would be 9am. No response.
I get up, shower and get dressed. Still no response. By this time, 8am has come and gone, and 9am is fast approaching.
No response.
