Hard to believe the season is coming to a close! Sunday is our last day. We are open now until 8:30 tonight and Saturday and Sunday 12-8:30PM. Can’t wait to see you one last time!

Today is our last day serving shaved ice out of our kiosk on , and we’re filled with gratitude as we reflect on this incredible journey. Summer shaved ice—and those delicious mini donuts during the fall and winter months—has been an absolute delight. Your support made both ventures a huge success, and your smiles have warmed our hearts every step of the way. Thank you for being such an amazing community!

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to staff for giving us this opportunity and for being an absolute pleasure to work with. Your support made this experience unforgettable. A big shoutout also goes to The Wharf staff for their kindness and generosity—we’re so grateful for you!

While we’re closing our shaved ice chapter here, we’re thrilled to share that The Wharf is exploring ways to keep Capitol Snow alive in some capacity—stay tuned for more details! As the kiosk transitions to a new french fry operation (not run by us), we wish the new team all the luck and success in their exciting venture!

You can still find us at our original home, where it all began, at 6201 Franconia Rd., Alexandria, VA. We’re so appreciative of the incredible support from the Alexandria community that helped us grow and bring Capitol Snow to The Wharf.
