“Family” to me represents whoever is at the core of our closest relationships. Whether a person is single, married or whatever… their Real Estate decision needs to be compatible with the needs of their “Family”.
“Finances” to me is more than just “making sure the person got a good deal”! A wise financial decision needs to be considered far beyond what a person “can afford” and much more importantly what a person “can live with”.
