He completed his Bachelor's in Political Science at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez, then moved to DC to initially pursue a career in politics, where he served international corporate and government clients at the lobbying firm Potomac Global Advisors and the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association (AILA) before venturing into the real estate arena. Hugo is a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Candidate, as well as a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR), and National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
