So proud of this boy, and all the who competed in All Stars today. In a shock to his parents, Parker dropped over 2 seconds on fly and is one of 6 boys who earned their way to finals! So proud of him and his teammates who swam today, and those who will swim with him tomorrow. #🤯

Now, we all knew this was coming. Anticipated slower housing price appreciation and definite rising interest rates. The question remains whether these increases will stall or deflate home prices in our area. I have an opinion.

Ask yourself. Are you thinking of continuing to rent or not upgrade because of rising rates? Will you alter your budget in light of these rate hikes or bear the burden of an increased mortgage payment? You local buyers and sellers are the market.
