This isn’t just another fitness challenge.

I’m looking for 10 people who are ready to STOP starting over.

Starting July 1, I’m personally coaching a small group of people who are ready to build better habits, get stronger in the gym, improve their nutrition, and finally become consistent.

This isn’t about perfection.
It isn’t about starving yourself.
And it definitely isn’t about chasing a quick fix.

It’s about creating habits that actually last.

Over the next 60 days you’ll receive:

Y’all join me in welcoming Deanna to the coaching team at PowerFit!!

Deanna is a NASM certified Personal Trainer and has over 4 years of experience coaching in the fitness industry. She has a passion for all things health and wellness and she is ready to dive in a help you reach your goals!

She will be filling in for Leslie’s Friday evening class as well as bringing us a brand new Tuesday evening class! Look for both of these classes on the schedule starting this week.

I cannot wait for you all to meet her and experience one of her classes
