🎉 Happy Work Anniversary to Latasha Padilla!

Latasha began her journey with Ambience Hospitality in 2017 at the Holiday Inn Express in Portales, NM, starting at the front desk. Through her hard work and leadership, she quickly advanced to Front Office Manager before stepping into the role of Assistant General Manager for both the Comfort Inn Portales (then Best Western Plus) and the Holiday Inn Express Portales.

She later became General Manager of the Best Western Plus Portales and eventually took on the role of General Manager for both the Holiday Inn Express and Best Western Plus Portales, successfully leading both properties.

Latasha’s career continued to grow as she became Lead GM for our Clovis and Portales market portfolio, where she played a key role in opening and supporting several of our properties, including:
• Comfort Inn Portales
• Sleep Inn in Clovis, NM
• Hampton Inn & Home2 Suites in Clovis, NM

After helping ensure smooth openings and strong operations at these hotels, Latasha stepped into her current role as Executive Vice President of Operations for Ambience Hospitality. In this position, she oversees multiple properties and continues to lead our teams with vision, dedication, and passion.

From front desk to Executive Vice President, Latasha’s journey is a true reflection of her talent, commitment, and leadership. We are proud to celebrate her and grateful for everything she continues to do for Ambience Hospitality! 💛
