We invite you to join our training program for New Mexico's inaugural Ironman 70.3 event! Our training commences on January 11th and extends through the race July 12th. Whether you are a first-time participant or an experienced athlete, this comprehensive program is designed to assist you in achieving your objectives.

Join us in 2025!! We are just about finished with our first 12 weeks of the 4:00pm Thursday session and starting a new session January 9th, 2025. This class is designed for those who want to get stronger but have never performed strength training and may be a little nervous about getting started. Or for those that have been away from strength training for some time and want to ease back into it.
